Very usefull site to find out all the ways to go on the caminos and enjoy the experience. Great advice from pilgrims who have walked the different caminos. Very useful questions from past, present and future pilgrims. Great work from Ivar who set up the site!

Casa Ivar is the essential Camino planning site. Casa Ivar is my central hub for vital and totally encompassing Camino information. The forum is absolutely the best site for relevant, accurate, and succinct member driven advice. My purchases at the Forum store arrive promptly and accurate. Ivar's videos and commentary give the pilgrim an accurate and timely view of Santiago and various Caminos. Information on other sources can be found at Casa Ivar. I plan and relive my future and past Caminos frequently. It's a virtual home for pilgrims.

Fantastic pilgrim related resource for the whole of the city of Santiago. Ivar decided to relocate his pilgrim friendly business here. He runs it as a shop/office/work studio/delivery point and luggage storage point. You can even take a walking pole (and sometimes other pilgrims items) from him without charge! I am impressed with what is stocked and what you can buy. This includes the Credential, pilgrim guidebooks and gear like Altus backpacks,Altus ponchos, buffs etc. In addition, a wide range of souvenirs and gifts from jewellery to maps of the Caminos de Santiago to the actual bronze scallop shells that adorn pilgrim streets and point the way. All of the stuff he stocks is available on his Pilgrim Forum Digital Shop and can be posted securely anywhere in the world. But the best is Ivar himself who is willing to give up some of his hectic schedule to talk to me and conversations with him are always uplifting. By the footfall he appears to be really popular which is not surprising to me given the longstanding success of his English speaking International Forum.
