    Very appreciative for their help when I could not get in touch with the Correos directly about my luggage. Great option if you don’t have a European line as they use WhatsApp for communication

    The Casa Ivar Forum and Ivar’s video updates were very valuable to my planning process. I had to postpone our Camino from 2020 to 2022 and the frequent video updates were a source of hope. I am happy to have completed the Camino Frances in June of 2022. I frequently review the forum to maintain my connection to the Camino and as I Plan for the Camino Portuguese.

    I used the luggage service in 2022. It's very good. I have purchased items from the store but only on sale. Shipment to USA is expensive. Great work and love your videos.

    We sent a box from St Jean Pied de Port and it was collected easily and safely. The directions to the collection point were precise and our meeting very friendly. An improvement could be a pro-active e-mail confirming receipt and instructions/link about collection as we were unsure how and when to collect.

    My husband and I walked the Camino del Norte in June and July 2023. On our second day of walking we realized that we were carrying too much stuff and we shipped a box ahead to Ivar. Excellent communication with him and easy pick up once we arrived in Santiago. Also ordered guide books from him prior to our Camino. Excellent service all around. And the forum he runs for pilgrims is fantastic. Highly recommended!
