The services Ivar provides to pilgrims are a true blessing! It's been 7 years since my Camino. I am able to stay in the energy of the Camino by regularly checking in to the Camino Forum. And, of course, I was so grateful to have Ivar's services to ship ahead items I discovered I didn't need while I was walking. It was so easy and a huge relief to know I could store things safely until my arrival in Santiago. My most recent experience with Casa Ivar was to *finally* purchase one of the beautiful bronze way markers. It currently sits on my desk as a constant reminder to live what I learned on the Camino. I'm looking forward to getting back to Santiago and seeing the new home of Casa Ivar!

Casa Ivar provides great services, and guidance on how to proceed in your service needs. We sent a luggage from Porto to Santiago de Compostela, and they made the entire process very easy! They helped with the shipping and storage of the luggage. They are located near the cathedral, and the pick up could not been any easier!

The forum is absolutely the best site for relevant, accurate, and succinct member driven advice. My purchases at the Forum store arrive promptly and accurate. I used Casa Ivar to transport a bag from Oviedo to Santiago de Compastella. There was a glitch with DHL for my shipping. The employees at CI were on top of it and made sure my bag made it to Santiago. I’m very much appreciative for what they did. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered one of the guidebooks and it arrived in a water damaged state. I emailed Ivar to advise him of the situation. He quickly responded, apologized, and offered to send a replacement. I didn’t see his reply until about 3-4 months later. I had returned to the USA, so I responded that if the offer still stood, I would be happy to have another guide shipped to my daughters address in Madrid, and he did so right away. I am highly impressed with Ivar’s commitment to customer service, and will not hesitate to order from him again in the future.
